In my opinion practicing gratitude CAN and WILL change your life. One of the ways I practice gratitude is by recording my blessings in a journal.
Every day I write at least 4 things that I’m thankful for. Although sometimes this may not happen. Find out why.
I hope that through reading my entries, you will be inspired and encouraged to find things in your own life to be thankful for. “Gratitude…Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary.”
